Important Information about your appointment
- Please be advised that, as a proud member of the New Zealand Association of Registered Beauty Professionals, I am bound by their strict Health and Hygiene guidelines, this is to ensure that not only you are in safe hands during your treatments but that I am as well.
- Due to strict Health and Hygiene control, I ask you to wait before entering the salon unless I have signalled for you to come in. This is to ensure that proper cleaning, sanitation and disinfection protocols are carried out before and after each client. Please don't be offended if you are offered a mask to wear during treatments.
- If you feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone that has please contact us to reschedule your appointment. I run my business from home and have a family and appreciate your understanding.
- If you have been overseas or in close contact with someone who has, please adhere to the 2-week stand-down period.
- Please be on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the following clients. Turning up 5 mins before gives you time to relax and complete a consultation form. Running late happens to all of us and I will try my best to continue the service. However, I do recommend rescheduling the appointment if you are more than 15 mins late as this will affect the desired result.
- If you booked for eyelash extensions please arrive with no eye makeup - especially mascara as this can take a long time to remove and will run into your booking time.
- Please don't wear your contact lenses during the application.

We will do a full consultation where we will have a look at your lifestyle as well as your
medical history to make sure we get the best-healed result. I will then map out your new brows and do a colour consultation, considering all aspects of the skin.
