I use a topical anaesthetic. This will give you a level of comfort during the treatment.
What can I expect at my appointment?
We will do a full consultation where we will have a look at your lifestyle as well as your medical history to make sure we get the best-healed result. I will then map out your new brows and do a colour consultation, considering all aspects of the skin. You can now have a peek at the brow template for your approval. Using disposable blades, I will start by making shallow hair-like strokes in the skin, working my way through the brow. Halfway through I apply a fast-acting numbing gel to give you more comfort - this is where you may want to drift off! We will do a fill of every stroke as well as a final colour mask before I reveal your beautiful new brows.
What do I need to know before coming in?
- Please avoid any coffee or alcohol from the night before.
- All microblading bookings will require a 50% deposit.
- Not available to Pregnant or Breastfeeding clients.
- Avoid sun exposure to the area prior to your appointment.
- Plan your Botox procedure 4 weeks prior to or after the procedure.
- Stop taking your fish oil supplements 2 weeks before your appointment
What can I expect after my treatment?
- Swelling and redness are normal and in most cases only lasts for around 20min.
- Please do not apply makeup to the area afterwards.
- Do not touch or pick area.
- No sun, swimming, sauna or physical activity for 5 days.
- Apply aftercare 5x a day for 5-7 days after treatment.
How soon can I wear makeup?
We recommend that you don’t apply any makeup to the area for at least the first 4 days after your treatment.
What can I expect at my lash appointment?
We will discuss the look you are after, keeping in mind what is best for your natural lashes. Once decided, the process will start by mapping out your eye and building a customised set of Lashes.
Each eyelash is applied individually to achieve a weightless and beautiful finish.
How long do I have to wait between infills?
I recommend rebooking every 2 - 2.5 weeks to make sure your lashes are always looking their best.
Due to natural eyelash shedding, you will find they start to appear less voluminous around this time.
I recommend rebooking before you leave, to secure your desired time slot and to avoid disappointment. Infills are booked for 45 min or 60 mins depending on the wear of your lashes.
Why are Russian Volume Lashes different from Classic Lashes?
Russian volume lashes, just like classic lashes, are applied individually to each eyelash.
Lightweight Synthetic Mink lashes are used to create a handmade fan, which gives you instant volume. These might seem heavier, but in fact, they are made from a lighter weight synthetic lash to not damage the natural eyelash. Please allow more time for this service as all fans are made during the appointment.
What is a Hybrid set?
This is a mix of Soho Silk Lashes and Russian Volume fans individually applied to create a beautiful set that is truly the best of both! Perfect for any event or wedding.
What if I am unsure whether eyelash extensions are suitable for me?
If you are concerned about any service please get in touch prior to making a booking. It is better getting in touch before than to turn up and not being able to continue with the service. It is very rare to react to this service. High quality and reliable products are used in a sterile environment at all times. I would recommend doing a patch test, where we stick a couple of lashes to your natural eyelashes and wait for 48hrs to rule out any reaction.
- It is very important to keep your newly applied eyelashes dry for the first 24 hrs. Keep away from sauna’s, hot showers and try to cleanse the face around your newly done set.
- Avoid using oily products such as makeup remover, foundation or eyeliner as this will break down the glue.
- Do not use cotton rounds to cleanse the eye area as this will catch onto the lashes.
- Try not to pull or pick your lashes. Brush them gently with a clean mascara wand to tidy. Also, try to keep your mascara wand free from any lint.
- It is recommended to use an eyelash serum to nourish your natural lashes and keep them growing healthy.
- No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hrs of appointment. All services booked requires a 40% deposit. If the appointment is cancelled within 24hrs, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to following clients. If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, I will try to do my best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 mins late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
- Happy to communicate customer expectations, however, no refunds will be given.
If for any reason the safety of the client is called into question, I hold the authority to refuse treatment. All treatment will be refused to pregnant or breastfeeding mothers or anyone diagnosed with OCD illness, BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder) or on anti-depressants.

Keloid scarring, psoriasis, dermatitis or eczema. It is better to get in touch before your appointment as it is disappointing to wait so long for your service only to be turned away.
